• Creators and promoters may receive payouts via supported payment providers; additional terms may apply.
• Tempted may charge platform fees (e.g., 14% on video sales) and applicable taxes where required.
• All purchases are final except where required by law.

• You may not post illegal content, non-consensual content, or content that violates copyright or privacy rights.
• You retain ownership of your content but grant Tempted a license to host, stream, and display it to users.
• You must have all rights and permissions necessary to upload and distribute your content.

Tempted is a hosting platform. Content uploaders and producers are responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and associated regulations, including maintaining required age-verification records.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to Carrillosolutionz@gmail.com with all required details.

• No unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or violent content.
• No exploitation of minors or non-consensual acts.
• No attempts to interfere with the Service, security, or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tempted is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tempted is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
